• Oversee daily department work activities and staff performance; ensure quality, productivity and budget compliance.
• Train and supervise staff; participate in staffing, coaching and counseling decisions.
• Develop and implement policies to ensure safe, efficient operations and compliant procedures.
• Support department management to achieve operational goals and participate in performance improvement efforts.
