Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required, or four+ years of direct experience in lieu.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in a closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure productive, efficient care delivery.
• Hire, train, and evaluate clinical and administrative staff.
• Manage accounts receivable/payable and ensure timely payments.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and accurate patient records.
• Develop budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Collaborate with leadership teams to improve service delivery.
• Lead quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities.
• Provide staff supervision and performance evaluations.
