Job summary

Fort Wayne-based Lutheran Health Network is seeking a Manager III, Clinics to lead operational and administrative functions for multiple or complex clinic sites. You will manage staff, budgets, workflows, and physician partnerships to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care and efficient day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field required or four (4) plus years of direct experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in closely related field with Bachelor's degree required.
• 2-4 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily clinic operations across assigned sites, ensuring efficient patient flow and quality care.
• Partners with physicians and clinical leaders to improve patient access and scheduling.
• Monitors financial reports, accounts receivable, and payer reimbursement trends, with corrective actions as needed.
• Ensures HIPAA, OSHA, and regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.
• Develops and enforces clinic policies and workflows for operational consistency.
• Manages physician billing, credentialing, and revenue cycle processes.
• Analyzes operational data and patient feedback to identify improvements in efficiency and service quality.
• Manages inventory, procurement, and vendor contracts for clinical operations.
• Serves as administrative liaison between staff, physicians, hospital departments, and community partners.
• Provides training and onboarding for staff to ensure consistent practice standards.
• Maintains regular attendance and compliance with policies.
