You will own budgets, monitor KPIs, improve patient experience, and drive accountability with discipline and empathy. This role requires structured thinking, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to balance strategic and tactical work.

• Define and track operational KPIs tied to clinic performance and team effectiveness.
