CenterWell Senior Primary Care in Chesapeake, VA is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee multi-physician clinic operations and drive patient-centric care.

You will supervise Medical Assistants and Front Office staff, ensure regulatory compliance, manage P&L, and partner with clinical leadership to improve patient experience and outcomes while maintaining a welcoming practice environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational leadership in a multi-physician office or clinical group.
• Healthcare practice management experience and knowledge of healthcare regulations.
• Experience with EMR/HIM systems and related software tools.

Responsabilités

• Oversee operations of a multi-physician clinic and lead MA/FO staff.
• Ensure adherence to state and federal regulations and manage P&L.
• Collaborate with clinical leadership to improve patient experience and outcomes.
