Job summary

Optum is seeking a Clinic Supervisor Vision to organize and manage the clinic's day-to-day operations, ensuring quality patient care and smooth staff performance. You will lead PSR, opticians, and ophthalmic assistants, coordinate staffing, and resolve issues in collaboration with the Practice manager and physicians.

Requirements include BLS, 2+ years of clinical experience, and strong Microsoft Office skills; preferred is 1+ year of lead experience.

Qualifications

• BLS from American Heart Association required within 90 days of hire.
• 2+ years of current clinical experience.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and manages clinic operations to assure continuity and quality of patient care.
• Determine staffing mix and coverage to meet patient needs and day-to-day operations.
• Direct supervision, hiring, and performance evaluations of staff; provide orientation and coaching.
