Job summary

Concentra, Inc is seeking a Center Operations Director in US-CA-Rancho Cordova to lead center operations, staff management, and patient care delivery. The COD will ensure optimal patient flow, service standards, and collaboration with clinicians to drive outcomes and experiences.

The role requires leadership in a fast-paced healthcare setting, managing staff, scheduling, and center performance while maintaining regulatory compliance and a focus on quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of work leadership or operations management experience.
• Healthcare experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and confidentiality skills (HIPAA/PHI).

Responsibilities

• Lead center operations ensuring patient flow and service standards.
• Coordinate scheduling with clinicians and staff for efficient care.
• Monitor metrics such as Net Revenue, Turn Around Time, and patient experience.
• Foster teamwork, continuous improvement and a patient-centered environment.
