Concentra, Inc is seeking a Medical Clinic Operations Manager to oversee daily center operations, ensuring top-tier patient care and service delivery. The role focuses on staffing, patient flow, and collaboration with clinicians to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.

The successful candidate will drive performance metrics, maintain regulatory compliance, and foster a professional, team-oriented environment. A strong background in healthcare operations and customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education/experience.
• 1:1 ratio of college to work experience in lieu of higher education.
• 3+ years of leadership or operations management experience.
• Healthcare experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Concentra Core Competencies: Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative and Flexibility.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and professional etiquette.
• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI handling and privacy requirements.
• Experience with recruitment, coaching and performance management.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsabilités

• Lead center operations and staff to deliver high-quality patient care and service.
• Coordinate patient flow, registration, check-out and care delivery with clinicians.
• Monitor center metrics (NPER, TAT, Net Revenue) and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility standards.
• Plan scheduling with clinical leadership to optimize staffing and patient experience.
• Support leadership with center initiatives and business planning.
• Develop staff through recruitment, onboarding, mentoring and performance management.
• Maintain strong client and payer relationships and respond to requests within 24 hours.
