Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead the day-to-day operations of our medical facility and support staff. This role focuses on delivering exceptional patient care, optimizing patient flow, and ensuring high standards of service delivery.

The COD collaborates with clinicians and leadership to drive clinical outcomes, staff development, and operational efficiency while maintaining strict regulatory compliance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of work leadership or operations management experience.
• Healthcare experience and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Concentra Core Competencies: Service Mentality, Attention to Detail, Sense of Urgency, Initiative and Flexibility.
• Ability to handle sensitive information (HIPAA/PHI) with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient flow and center operations to ensure optimal care and customer service.
• Lead and manage center support staff; coordinate scheduling with clinical leadership.
• Collaborate with clinicians to support staff competency in patient care needs.
• Drive improvements to achieve center quality, patient safety, and business goals.
• Monitor key center metrics (NPER, TAT, Net Revenue) and report to leadership.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility standards.
