Concentra is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead center staff, optimize patient care, and ensure exceptional customer experience. You will coordinate center activities, support clinicians, and manage patient flow from registration to discharge.

You will also drive center performance by monitoring metrics, ensuring regulatory compliance, and fostering a collaborative, results‑oriented environment for staff and patients alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; alternative education/experience considered.
• Minimum leadership or operations management experience in healthcare.
• Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Lead center staff and oversee daily operations to ensure care quality.
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical leadership for efficient patient flow.
• Monitor key metrics (e.g., Turnaround Time, Net Revenue, patient experience).
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and HIPAA/PHI policies.
• Foster teamwork, staff development, and continuous improvement.
