Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Medical Clinic Operations Manager to lead center operations in the Reno area. The role focuses on patient facilitation, clinician collaboration, and staff development to deliver high-quality care and efficient center performance.

The position emphasizes accountability for service standards, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance while driving key metrics and patient satisfaction across the center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; related leadership experience also acceptable.
• Some college courses or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of work leadership or operations management experience; healthcare or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spends 80% of time on patient facilitation to deliver exceptional experience.
• Support day-to-day execution of the medical model with clinicians to drive outcomes.
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical leadership for efficient support and turnaround times.
• Maintain relationships with clients and payers; respond to requests within 24 hours.
• Drive center metrics (TAT, NP ER, NPER, Net Revenue) and ensure compliance with regulations.
