Job summary

Concentra is seeking a Center Operations Director to lead daily operations, patient flow, and staff performance in a healthcare setting. You will supervise center support staff, coordinate with clinical leadership, and ensure high-quality patient care and service delivery.

Responsibilities include optimizing operations metrics, scheduling, and staff development, while maintaining adherence to regulations and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership or operations management experience; healthcare or customer service background preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
• Strong focus on service quality and patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Spends 80% of time on patient facilitation and ensuring exceptional experience; leads by example and upholds service standards.
• Support clinicians to drive optimal clinical outcomes and timely case closure.
• Collaborate with clinicians to ensure staff competency in patient care needs.
• Create a collaborative environment that promotes teamwork, continuous improvement, and patient safety.
• Monitor key operations metrics (TAT, NPER, Pearl C4, Net Revenue) and align with leadership.
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical leadership to ensure efficient patient care and turnaround times.
• Oversee center communications to improve patient satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Lead center initiatives, manage staff staffing levels, and support recruitment and development.
