Concentra, Inc. is seeking a Medical Clinic Operations Manager in California, Sacramento area, to oversee center operations and patient care delivery.

You will lead center staff, coordinate with clinicians, and drive initiatives to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction. The role emphasizes staff development, process improvement, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with leadership to achieve a strong center business plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of work leadership or operations management experience.
• Prior healthcare or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong service mentality and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information (HIPAA/PHI).

Responsibilities

• Spends 80% of time on patient facilitation to deliver exceptional experience and leads by example.
• Collaborate with clinicians to support staff competency for patient care needs.
• Create a professional, collaborative environment promoting teamwork, quality, outcomes and patient safety.
• Manage key operations metrics and hold staff accountable on Turn Around Time, Net, Patient Experience Rating, Pearl C4 and other metrics.
• Coordinate scheduling with clinical leadership to ensure efficient care.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations and facility/equipment standards.
• Coordinate and prepare material for Center Leadership Team meetings to improve quality and safety.
• Maintain relationships with clients and payers and respond to requests within 24 hours.
