Qualifications

• 3+ years in healthcare or clinic management.

• Experience with EMR (eCW preferred) and CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations across Phoenix and Peoria locations.
• Lead front office staff, medical assistants, and support teams; manage schedules.
• Drive clinic performance metrics and patient show rates.
• Maintain high-quality patient experience and address concerns.
• Ensure adherence to workflows and SOPs; train staff on processes.
