Job summary

Socket.dev seeks a Clinic Manager to lead daily office operations and supervise clinic staff in Indianapolis. You will ensure smooth patient flow and effective coordination of providers.

You will manage payroll, PTO, HR collaboration, and HIPAA compliance while fostering excellent patient service and a well-organized clinic environment. This exempt role operates Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; CMA, RMA, ABR-OE or QMA required.
• Minimum three years in Front Office, including one year in medical office.
• Knowledge of EHR/EMR systems and healthcare IT.
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations and delegate authority.
• Assist with staff scheduling and personnel issues.
• Conduct 90-day and annual reviews.
• Develop and communicate short and long term clinic plans.
• Manage payroll and PTO requests.
• Ensure courteous patient service and proper screening.
• Coordinate physician and APP schedules for optimal patient flow.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop staff with HR collaboration.
• Monitor supplies and equipment.
