Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees daily clinic operations and patient census.
• Stays compliant with state, federal, and HIPAA regulations; ensures regulatory adherence.
• Plans and manages budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
• Leads hiring, onboarding, training, and staff development; conducts performance reviews.
• Communicates with DFO, doctors, and staff to optimize patient care and workflows.
• Coordinates front and back office duties and ensures smooth clinic operations.
