Job summary

Qualifications

• : Bachelor’s degree in related field with three (3) years of healthcare leadership experience; RN with three (3) years also acceptable; GED with five (5) years experience considered.
• : Demonstrated leadership in healthcare operations and staff supervision.
• : Experience with budget management and clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, plans, audits, and oversees department utilization and schedules.
• Monitors the clinical department budget and financial activity.
• Manages workflow, performance, and productivity of staff.
• Oversees day-to-day clinic operations and delegates tasks.
• Interviews, hires, onboards, and trains employees.
• Coaches, counsels, and develops staff.
• Maintains attendance and coordinates space needs and work orders.
• Supports onboarding of providers and staff; handles patient complaints and incident reports.
