Optima Medical is seeking an Office Manager to oversee daily clinic operations across Arizona locations, ensuring an efficient, patient-centered experience. You will supervise Medical Assistants and Front Desk teams while supporting providers and maintaining workflow efficiency.

The role requires a MA certificate or diploma, prior medical office management experience, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• MA certificate or diploma required.
• Experience supervising clinical or administrative medical staff preferred.
• Knowledge of primary care or outpatient workflows.
• Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Thrives in a fast-moving, patient-centered environment.
• High school diploma required; additional medical or business education a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow and service.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Medical Assistants and Front Desk staff.
• Manage staff scheduling, timecards, performance, and HR-related tasks.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
• Ensure proper use of eClinicalWorks (eCW) and EMR workflows.
