Responsibilities

• Manages and oversees patient census for assigned office and physician schedules.
• Prepares and controls the clinic budget and allocates resources efficiently.
• Plans staffing and coordinates front and back office duties to ensure coverage.
• Participates in HR activities including talent acquisition, performance reviews, and attendance.
• Leads daily huddles and monthly office meetings; supports staff development and training.
• Ensures compliance with state, federal, and HIPAA/OSHA regulations; conducts audits.
• Handles patient interactions and resolves complaints with excellent customer service.
