Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Practice Manager to oversee daily medical office operations, staff coordination, onboarding, training, and patient interactions. You will ensure efficient scheduling, inventory control, and fiscal accountability while upholding company values across clinics.

You will lead front and back office teams, ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance, handle escalated patient concerns, and drive a customer service culture with strong organizational leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare management, business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of related work and staff management experience.
• Operational management knowledge of retail or medical offices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient census, patient flow, staff schedules and doctor timetables.
• Develop and manage clinic budget for efficiency and cost control.
• Lead HR activities including talent acquisition and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA and other regulations.
