Optima Medical in Arizona is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead one of our primary care clinic locations. You will supervise Medical Assistants and Front Desk staff, streamline operations, and ensure a patient‑centered experience while supporting providers.

Ideal candidates have an MA certificate or diploma, healthcare administration experience, and a strong ability to lead teams, manage schedules, and optimize EMR workflows with eClinicalWorks (eCW).

Qualifications

• MA certificate or diploma required.
• Experience in medical office management or clinic leadership is required.
• Knowledge of primary care workflows; familiarity with eCW preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow and service quality.
• Provide leadership and coaching to Medical Assistants and Front Desk staff.
• Manage staff scheduling, timecards, performance, and HR-related tasks.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new employees.
• Ensure proper use of eClinicalWorks (eCW) and EMR workflows.
• Maintain compliance with clinic policies and quality standards.
• Monitor clinic metrics, patient satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for providers, patients, and corporate departments.
• Handle escalated patient concerns professionally and promptly.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment to keep the clinic operational.
• Support initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity.
