Job summary

Carbon Health is seeking a Center Manager to lead daily clinic operations in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise clinical and administrative staff, manage scheduling, and drive improvements in patient flow and satisfaction.

As a hands-on leader, you will ensure regulatory compliance, monitor budgets, and collaborate with physicians and leadership to align activities with organizational goals, delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinic management or healthcare administration experience.
• Proven ability to supervise clinical and administrative staff.
• Understanding of outpatient clinic workflows and patient service best practices.
• Familiarity with HIPAA or equivalent privacy standards.
• Experience managing budgets and monitoring operational metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-focused service.
• Supervise and coach clinical and administrative staff, including scheduling and training.
• Monitor KPIs like patient flow, wait times, satisfaction, and costs; drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, safety, and privacy standards.
• Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and leadership to optimize patient care.
• Manage center budgets, expenses, and financial planning.
• Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and front-desk operations.
• Handle escalated patient concerns professionally.
• Maintain operational records and prepare reports for audits.
• Lead or support new systems and workflow improvements.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate facility maintenance and vendor relationships.
