Carbon Health in Simi Valley, CA is seeking a Center Manager to lead day-to-day operations, staffing, and clinic performance. You will oversee scheduling, payroll, and team development to ensure smooth patient care and compliance.

You will partner with the Center Medical Director to uphold clinical standards, manage budgets, and foster a patient-centered culture while coordinating with clinicians, staff, patients, and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of healthcare leadership experience or equivalent.
• Active listener with strong relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication, time management, planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Implement staffing standards for hiring, training, development, scheduling, timecards, payroll, and talent management.
• Assess team member needs for role scope, development, succession planning and clinic outcomes; create development plans.
• Lead regular team meetings, resolve conflicts, motivate employees and foster open communication.
• Set and monitor clinical excellence and safety standards with the Center Medical Director; ensure compliance with regulations and policy.
• Build positive relationships with clinicians, staff, patients, community and vendors; manage conflicts with care and empathy.
• Respond to patient inquiries with urgency.
• Monitor and control clinic expenditures within the approved budget.
• Institute necessary procedural modifications based on financial changes.
• Identify and participate in marketing activities to increase patient volume.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant operations and regulatory readiness.
