Qualifikationen

• 1+ year of healthcare leadership experience or combined healthcare experience and education.
• Active listener with ability to build trust at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, planning, and analytical skills.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Implement staffing standards for hiring, training, scheduling, timecards, payroll, and talent management.
• Assess team member needs for role scope, development, succession planning and clinic outcomes.
• Lead regular team meetings, resolve conflicts, motivate employees, and promote retention.
• Set and monitor clinical excellence and safety standards with the Center Medical Director and policy.
• Build positive relationships with clinicians, staff, patients, community and vendors.
• Respond to patient inquiries with urgency and care.
• Monitor clinic expenditures within budget using guidelines and owner mindset.
• Modify procedures and resource commitments as finances change.
• Identify and participate in marketing and community events to boost patient volume.
