Job summary

Carbon Health Campbell is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations, financials, patient experience, and community outreach at our California clinic. The role focuses on profitability with an owner’s mindset and commitment to high standards.

You will lead staffing, training, and scheduling, monitor clinical excellence and compliance, manage expenses within budget, and build strong relationships with clinicians, staff, patients and partners to grow patient volume.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of healthcare leadership experience or equivalent
• Active listener who builds trusting relationships at all levels
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, time management, planning, organizational, analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Implement staffing standards for hiring, training and scheduling, payroll, and talent management.
• Assess team needs for role scope, development, succession planning and clinic outcomes; create development plans.
• Lead regular team meetings, resolve conflicts, motivate employees and foster open communication to improve retention.
• Set and monitor clinical excellence and safety standards with the Center Medical Director; ensure compliance with regulations and waste programs.
• Build positive relationships with clinicians, staff, patients, community and vendors; manage conflicts with care.
• Respond to patient inquiries with urgency.
• Monitor clinic expenditures within budget using guidelines and benchmarks.
• Identify and participate in marketing activities and community events to increase patient volume and engagement.
• Maintain an environment compliant with HIPAA and other regulations.
