Job summary

Carbon Health Technologies Inc. is seeking a Center Manager to lead the daily operations of a busy clinical center in California. You will ensure safe, patient-focused service delivery and collaborate with clinical leadership to align operations with organizational goals.

You will supervise clinical and administrative staff, monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and implement process improvements to enhance patient experience and efficiency. Strong HIPAA compliance and EMR proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in clinic management, healthcare administration, or similar overseeing center operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the clinic center to ensure efficient, safe, and patient-focused service delivery.
• Manage, coach, and develop clinical and administrative staff, including scheduling, performance feedback, and training support.
• Monitor KPIs such as patient flow, wait times, patient satisfaction, and operational costs; implement improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with clinical, regulatory, safety, and privacy standards, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care delivery and optimize patient experience.
• Manage center budgets, review expenses, and contribute to financial planning and forecasting.
• Oversee patient scheduling, registration, and front-desk operations for accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle escalated patient concerns and service issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and documentation for audits and leadership review.
• Lead or support implementation of new systems, processes, and technologies to improve efficiency and care quality.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, supplies, and vendor relationships to ensure safe environment.
