Millennium Physician Group is seeking an Associate Practice Administrator for our Riverview, FL office. This role provides first-line leadership for clinic staff in a small-provider panel environment (0-3.9 provider FTEs) and oversees scheduling, registration, patient access, and documentation within established policies.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years in physician practice administration, strong EHR and office software skills, and solid coaching and communication abilities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in physician practice administration or healthcare office operations.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating daily operations.
• Familiarity with privacy, compliance, and patient service standards.
• Knowledge of front office workflows and scheduling.

• Assign daily administrative work and monitor coverage needs.
• Coordinate front office workflows: scheduling, registration, and patient communication.
• Coach staff on standard workflows and escalation procedures.
• Onboard and train new staff; track attendance and performance.
• Escalate complex staffing, compliance, or financial issues to leadership.
