Job summary

Trinity Health Corp. is seeking a Clinic Clerical Lead to supervise day-to-day clinic operations across ortho locations.

You will coordinate staff, manage registrations and billing, and support scheduling and patient flow to ensure efficient, high-quality care. The role requires 2+ years in a medical office setting, an associate degree or equivalent experience, and completion of mandatory abuse training plus BLS within 3 months.

Qualifications

• Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
• Associate's degree in related field required.
• Equivalent years of experience in related fields may be considered in lieu of Associate's degree.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific to population served within three (3) months of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Optimizes clinic operations, assisting with patient registration, billing, demographics, code scanning, denials, and collections.
• Oversees staff scheduling, onboarding, and education.
• Assists with payroll, timekeeping, and performance management; recognizes and addresses issues to improve clinic flow and ensure quality patient care.
• Responds to patient inquiries.
• Actively participates in meetings and leads huddles, ensuring adherence to safety, infection control, and departmental policies.
