Job summary

Trinity Health is seeking a Clinic Clerical Lead to oversee day-to-day operations in a busy clinic. You will coordinate staff, manage patient registrations, medical records, and support scheduling and billing to ensure smooth patient flow.

Reporting to the clinic manager, you will train onboarding staff, assist with payroll and timekeeping, and enforce safety and administrative policies. This full-time, day-shift role emphasizes teamwork, process improvement, and delivering high-quality patient

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in related field (or equivalent years of experience) is required.
• Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior related experience in a medical office or healthcare setting.
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training within 3 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Provider certification or obtained within 3 months of hire.

• Actively participates in meetings, leads huddles, ensuring adherence to safety, infection control, and departmental policies.

Position Purpose:

This positionis responsible foroverseeing the day-to-day operations within the clinic, including staff coordination, process improvement, training, and troubleshooting. The roleassistsin managing workload assignments, scheduling, patientregistrations,andmedical records, while ensuring smooth clinic operations and patient flow. The position also involves administrative duties such as coordinating billing, handling patient inquiries, verifying insurance, and managing special projects.The lead serves as a resource for staff, provides direction in the absence of the manager, and ensures adherence to performance expectations and operational policies.

Hours:

Full Time; 40 hours/week

Shifts length 8 hours

• Must have a minimum of2years of prior related experience in a medical office orhealthcaresetting.
• Proof of completion of Mandatory Reporter abuse training specific topopulationservedwithinthree (3) months of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for the Healthcare Provider certified or obtained within three (3) months of hire.
