You will partner with clinical, operations, finance, billing, and revenue cycle teams to ensure accurate documentation, compliant processes, and clear communication of financial expectations to patients, while guiding front office operations and scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare operations experience.
• Bachelor of Science degree or clinical background preferred.
• Strong communication, customer service, change management, financial counseling, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
• Experience with EMR and practice management systems, insurance verification, billing workflows, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and front office workflows.
• Lead team huddles, staff escalations, and scheduling; coordinate front office coverage.
• Address patient complaints and feedback within 24–48 hours.
• Support financial counseling, revenue cycle management, and billing processes with clinical and billing teams.
• Collect patient payments; manage deposits, balances, and estimates; handle refunds as needed.
• Ensure accurate EMR documentation, patient demographics, and appointment flow.
