Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Supervise, support, and coordinate clinical and administrative staff.
• Develop staff schedules and ensure staffing coverage.
• Monitor staff performance, productivity, attendance, and evaluations.
• Ensure excellent patient experience and address concerns or complaints.
• Work with physicians, nurses, and administrative staff to maintain quality care.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and standards.
• Monitor infection prevention, patient safety, and medication procedures.
• Monitor clinic supplies, equipment, inventory and ordering.
• Participate in audits and quality-improvement projects.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and workflow improvements.
• Recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing education of staff.
