Job summary

NorthLakes Community Clinic is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead operations at our rural Wisconsin site. You will oversee staff, scheduling, and compliance to ensure safe, high-quality patient care across clinical and administrative functions.

The role partners with regional leadership to implement QI initiatives, manage budgeted resources, and maintain regulatory compliance. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for success in this busy health center environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination.
• Experience with Budget development and implementation.
• Microsoft Office knowledge; Electronic Health Record experience.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the single point of contact for site operations and delegates accordingly.
• Oversees clinical and/or administrative staff at assigned site or sites.
• Manages site budget and staffing; coordinates with leadership on resources.
• Coordinates with Director of Regional Operations on on-site QI activities and policies.
• Attends management meetings and training; ensures compliance with organizational policies.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent; or three to four years related experience
