Job summary

Wood Violet Fertility LLC is seeking a Practice Operations Lead to manage daily clinic operations in a fertility setting. This hybrid role requires coordinating front desk workflows, financial counseling, and revenue cycle activities to keep patients moving efficiently through care.

You will work cross-functionally with clinical, operations, and billing teams, ensuring clear financial communication and compliant workflows. 3+ years in healthcare ops is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare operations experience.
• BS degree or clinical background preferred (not required).
• Strong communication, customer service, change management, and team leadership skills.
• Experience with EMR, practice management, insurance verification, billing workflows, and MS Office.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Passion for women’s health and fertility preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with front desk workflows and administrative clinic operations to ensure daily responsibilities are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Support scheduling, intake, financial counseling, and patient access.
• Lead team huddles and coordinate front office coverage to support clinic flow and patient service.
• Address patient questions and feedback within 24–48 hours in partnership with clinical, operations, and laboratory teams.
• Scrub the clinic schedule daily to confirm access, authorization status, financial readiness, documentation accuracy, and timely movement of patients into treatment.
