Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day activities of non-physician staff and monitors group operations.
• Oversees functions including reception, scheduling, patient areas, accounting, records, transcription and systems; updates policies accordingly.
• Schedules non-physician staff and deploys across offices.
• Acts as liaison between non-physician staff and physicians for efficient patient service.
• Maintains relationships with group physicians and oversees accounts payable processing.
• Performs HR responsibilities: coaching, performance reviews, hiring, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
• Ensures compliance with the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and applicable laws.
