Western Vascular Institute is hiring a Practice Manager in Mesa, AZ to oversee daily clinic operations, lead a passionate team, manage finances, and ensure regulatory compliance. You will optimize workflows, supplier contracts, and EMR usage to support high-quality patient care.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with physicians and staff in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 4 years of medical office management experience.
• Proven leadership and management abilities.
• Experience with Joint Commission accreditation or similar standards.
• Knowledge of EMR systems (NextGen preferred).

Responsibilities

• Assist the Medical Director with clinic administration and physician daily workflow.
• Anticipate needs by gathering records, reports, or other information.
• Serve as liaison between physicians/providers and staff.
• Direct, supervise, and coordinate administrative, financial, clinical, and surgical operations.
• Manage personnel with HR collaboration.
• Ensure efficient office functioning and system management.
• Review revenue and expense factors and adjust to doctors' objectives.
• Plan short- and long-term goals and implementation strategies.
• Oversee purchasing contracts for supplies and equipment.
• Renegotiate contracts with vendors and manage cost containment.
• Oversee schedule design and implementation.
• Maintain EMR system expertise to support clinics.
• Foster a positive work environment and teamwork.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and accreditations.
• Coordinate with legal on development, claims, and risk management.
• Support Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement efforts.
