Job summary

Skin and Cancer Institute in United States (Lake Havasu City, AZ) is seeking a Dermatology Practice Manager to lead daily clinic operations, payroll, staff scheduling, and onboarding. This role ensures HIPAA/OSHA compliance, patient experience, and smooth coordination between clinical and administrative teams.

The incumbent will oversee front/back-office workflows, utilize EMA/ModMed EMR, Klara, and other tools, monitor patient feedback, and drive staff development.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a medical front office or clinic operations.
• Healthcare office leadership experience preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and patient flow.
• Submit and audit payroll using NoahFace biometric timekeeping.
• Manage staff schedules and labor law adherence.
• Lead onboarding and competency milestones (3/7/12 weeks).
• Maintain supply inventory via McKesson and vendor portals.
• Ensure front and back-office smooth operations and patient experience.
• Monitor patient feedback and respond professionally to reviews.
• Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance across operations.
• Coordinate Mohs surgery days and provider schedules.
• Coach and train staff; address scheduling or procedure questions.
