Job summary

Optima Medical is seeking a highly organized Office Manager to lead one of our primary care clinic locations in Arizona. You will oversee daily operations, supervise Medical Assistants and Front Desk staff, and ensure a patient-centered experience.

You will manage scheduling, onboarding, and HR-related tasks, and ensure proper use of eClinicalWorks (eCW). Strong leadership and communication are essential in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• MA certificate or diploma is required.
• Experience in medical office management or clinic leadership is required.
• Experience supervising clinical or administrative staff is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of outpatient workflows and EMR systems (eCW) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Medical Assistants and Front Desk staff.
• Manage staff scheduling, timecards, performance, and HR-related tasks.
• Assist with onboarding and training new employees.
• Ensure proper use of eCW and support EMR workflows.
• Maintain compliance with clinic policies and quality standards.
• Monitor clinic metrics, patient satisfaction, and operational performance.
• Serve as on-site point of contact for providers, patients, and departments.
• Handle escalated patient concerns professionally.
• Monitor inventory, supplies, and equipment.
