IMS Care Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Practice Manager for its Multispecialty Clinic in Avondale. You will oversee workflow and performance of the division to deliver expert care, excellent customer service and maximize physician and staff productivity, working closely with the COO or VP of Operations on strategic planning and budgeting.

The role requires staff management experience in healthcare, strong communication, and knowledge of billing and reimbursement guidelines.

Formación

• Must have 3–5 years' experience managing and running a healthcare facility
• Experience in medical insurance, coding and reimbursement
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Knowledge of agency billing and reimbursement guidelines
• Strong leadership and staffing optimization skills

Responsabilidades

• Oversee division staffing including providers, medical assistants, and administrative staff
• Develop staffing standards based on patient flow and clinical needs
• Collaborate with HR to ensure compliance with state and federal requirements
• Monitor performance and drive quality improvements
• Coordinate physician templates for patient scheduling
• Assist with budgeting and financial reporting with COO/VP of Operations
