Kaleidoscope ABA seeks a Clinic Practice Manager to oversee center operations, staff management, recruitment, and scheduling. You will ensure accurate staffing and service delivery records and assist in HR, Operations, and Clinical functions.

You will serve as the liaison between administrative and clinical teams and drive efficient workflows. Must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with preferred background in Healthcare Management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management preferred.
• 5 years of management experience in a professional/clinical setting.
• Experience building and retaining customers.
• Experience staff scheduling and payroll/HR processes.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff management.
• Recruitment, scheduling, and customer service.
• Maintain records of staffing and service delivery.
• Create and manage master schedule within insurer hours.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments.
• Coordinate case assignments and staff availability.
• Communicate between administrative and clinical staff.
