The position involves collaboration across HR, Operations, and Clinical teams, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring staff coverage aligned with insurer-approved hours. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day center operations and staff management.
• Coordinate recruitment, scheduling, and customer service.
• Maintain accurate staffing records and manage master schedule within budgeted hours.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments as liaison.
