Responsibilities include managing recruitment, reporting, and maintaining records, with a focus on compliance with insurer requirements and service delivery. Full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 5 years of management in a professional environment, preferably in medical/behavioral health operations.
• Experience building and retaining customers.
• 5 to 7 years experience managing and developing staff.
• Prior Practice Managers and Retail Managers are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day center operations, staff and services.
• Handle recruitment, scheduling, and customer service.
• Produce reports and perform general administrative tasks.
• Maintain accurate records related to staffing and service delivery per insurer.
• Create and manage a master schedule and staff clinical cases per budgeted hours.
• Support HR, Operations, and Clinical departments; liaison between admin and clinical staff.
• Be the primary contact for case assignment and staff availability.
