Job summary

Blackbird Health is seeking a Facilities & Clinic Operations Coordinator to serve as the on-the-ground operational owner for clinic environments across Pittsburgh, PA and expansion regions. You will manage day-to-day facility maintenance, vendor relationships, and site logistics for existing offices while supporting new clinic launches.

The role requires travel across regional clinics, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, service-minded approach to resolving tickets and ensuring

Qualifications

• 2+ years in multi-site facilities, office operations, or project coordination.
• Proven ability to manage vendor relationships, maintenance requests, and site logistics.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to physical detail.
• Willingness to travel frequently across regional clinic locations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain & Improve Clinic Standards: conduct regular site visits, resolve facility tickets, oversee maintenance/repairs, manage access and alarms.
• Support New Clinic Launches: execute physical setups, furniture/signage coordination, vendor scheduling, and launch readiness.
• Manage Supplies & Inventories: oversee local clinic inventories, equipment, signage, and furniture refreshes.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: partner with Clinical Leads, IT, and Operations to track projects and communicate site updates.
