Responsibilities

• Front Desk Coverage: work a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• Lead and coach staff, modeling the company culture and standards.
• Monitor and drive monthly/annual performance, sales, and service goals.
• Schedule staff and ensure SOPs and compliance across operations.
• Hire, onboard, and train staff in partnership with Area Manager.
