• Ability to coach staff and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Coverage and operations oversight.
• Lead clinic staff and model company culture.
• Coach staff and provide professional development.
• Keep Area/District Manager informed of issues and opportunities.
• Ensure monthly and annual performance goals are met.
• Conduct daily huddles and drive sales/service initiatives.
• Partner with Area Manager on Performance Improvement Plans.
