Job summary

Massage Envy in Coral Gables is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, including sales, service, staffing, and guest experience. You will drive front desk performance, coach staff, and ensure a high standard of customer care.

As part of the leadership team, you will align with brand standards, manage scheduling and inventory, and collaborate with Area/District managers to meet monthly targets and ensure compliance with franchise requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and related experience required.
• Equivalent education and experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk Coverage with a minimum of 32 hours per week at the front desk.
• Lead and coach staff to maintain a professional environment and strong service standards.
• Ensure clinic meets monthly and annual performance goals; conduct sales and service strategy meetings.
• Hire, onboard, and train new clinic staff in partnership with Area Manager.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, inventory, and facilities to Massage Envy standards; manage scheduling.
