Job summary

Massage Envy - AFG West seeks a General Manager to oversee daily clinic operations, drive sales, ensure top customer service, and lead staff development. The GM will ensure brand standards, coaching, and accountability, coordinating with area and district managers to meet performance goals and maintain compliance.

The role requires hands-on leadership, flexible scheduling including nights and weekends, and a focus on member experiences and service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; 2+ years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in clinic operations or service leadership is a plus.
• Ability to coach and develop staff and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk operations and cover shifts as needed.
• Model the company culture and maintain professional environment.
• Conduct coaching and development sessions with staff.
• Report issues/opportunities to Area/District Managers.
• Manage performance goals and conduct regular strategy meetings.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and staff training.
• Ensure compliance with franchise and local regulations.
