Massage Envy Salt Lake City clinic is seeking a General Manager to lead day-to-day operations, drive sales, oversee staff, and uphold the brand’s values. You will ensure guest experiences meet high standards, manage front desk coverage, and partner with Area and District Managers to execute performance plans.

The role demands hands-on leadership, coaching, and the ability to balance service quality with financial results, scheduling, compliance, and a positive clinic culture.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions, correspondence and memos.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day clinic operations and front desk coverage, minimum 25 hours per week.
• Coach staff and maintain a professional, positive work environment.
• Keep Area Manager and District Manager informed of issues affecting employees, operations or financial results.
• Ensure clinic meets monthly and annual performance goals through regular sales and service strategy meetings.
• Hire, onboard and train staff, review performance of service providers, and ensure training programs are in place.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, inventory, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
