Massage Envy in Utah seeks a General Manager to lead day-to-day clinic operations, drive sales, and deliver best-in-class customer service to guests and members. You will uphold brand values, coach staff, and ensure compliance with franchise agreements and local regulations.

The role requires managing front desk coverage, performance, and onboarding, with a focus on creating a positive, productive clinic culture and achieving monthly and annual targets. Nights/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training.
• Ability to manage clinic operations and staff.

Responsabilités

• Lead clinic operations including sales, customer service and staffing.
• Coach and develop staff through regular feedback and training.
• Ensure performance goals are met and daily huddles are conducted.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and District Manager on issues, opportunities and threats.
