• Maintain professional image and positive atmosphere for staff, members, and guests.
• Provide ongoing coaching and professional development sessions for staff.
• Keep Area Manager and District Manager informed of issues and opportunities.
• Help achieve monthly and annual clinic performance goals.
• Conduct daily huddles and provide real-time coaching as needed.
• Collaborate with Area Manager on Performance Improvement Plans.
