Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Patient Service Representative in Springfield to welcome patients and visitors and coordinate front desk operations. You’ll be the first point of contact, handling scheduling, check-in, and data entry with a focus on a positive patient experience.

Strong communication and accuracy are essential, along with protecting patient privacy and following privacy policies. Training will be provided through Clinic Core Front Desk Training after hire.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills, including data entry and word processing.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow privacy policy/procedure.
